Residency is the gateway. What follows is the mandate.
EB-5 is not an isolated immigration transaction. It is the first step in a long-term plan for a child's American education, employment rights, professional formation and, in time, the stewardship of family wealth.
A green card is the beginning of the plan.
Most families meet immigration, admissions, career and wealth as four separate industries, each with its own advisers, calendars and blind spots. The Next Generation Programme treats them as one sequence, because for the child they are one life.
Permanent residence decides where a young person may live, study and work. University decides what they learn and whom they meet. Professional formation decides what they can do with it. Family capital decides what they will one day be responsible for. Planned together, each stage strengthens the next. Planned apart, each one is repaired at the expense of the one before.
- Residency
- University
- Career
- Capital
One mandate. A decade of decisions.
The programme is designed to begin while the child is still in secondary school, when immigration timing, tax planning and university strategy can still be coordinated rather than repaired later. The exact sequence is tailored to the family, the child, country of birth, immigration availability and the academic calendar.

Ages are illustrative. Immigration and admissions timing varies by family and is never guaranteed. Internships, residencies and roles are considered on merit and subject to immigration status, availability and normal selection requirements.
Immigration age rules, source-of-funds documentation, tax residency and the U.S. admissions calendar all run on different clocks.
A child's eligibility as a derivative depends on age at points fixed by law. Source-of-funds documentation for a family with a business in one country and holdings in several takes months to assemble. U.S. tax residency begins on a date that can, with planning, be chosen rather than suffered. And universities publish their calendars years in advance. Starting in the mid-teen years preserves options on every one of these clocks.

One senior relationship. One family roadmap. Specialist accountability.
Kingsley does not replace the licensed professionals responsible for legal, tax or investment work. It coordinates them, controls the timeline and documentation, and remains the family's senior point of contact as the mandate moves from immigration into education, career and wealth.
