Kingsley Private Office is a newly formed private-office brand with one purpose: to help a limited number of families establish the next generation in the United States, and to remain accountable for the whole of that mandate.
New as a brand. Not new at the work.
Kingsley Private Office was formed to bring four disciplines that families usually buy separately, immigration, education, career and wealth, into one long-term relationship focused on the United States. The brand is new. The experience behind it is not: Kingsley is supported by institutions and practitioners with decades of experience in investment management, private wealth and finance education, and it works with independent U.S. immigration counsel and relationship tax and legal advisers chosen for each family's circumstances.
Kingsley does not itself provide legal, tax or investment advice. It coordinates the licensed professionals who do, controls the timeline and the documentation, and remains the family's senior point of contact from the first assessment onwards.

- Assess fit and eligibility. Build the family roadmap. Coordinate source-of-funds work, project diligence, pre-immigration tax planning and the petition with independent counsel. Plan admissions and professional formation alongside residency. Report to the family in writing, throughout.

- We are not a law firm and do not provide immigration legal advice; immigration legal services are provided by independent licensed attorneys. We do not provide tax or investment advice, sponsor or recommend any investment project, or guarantee any immigration, admissions, employment or investment outcome.
- How we take on work
- By invitation and introduction for the most part, and always after a confidential family assessment. We decline mandates where the programme is not right for the family, and we say so early.

Sanjay Gupta
Founder, Kingsley Private OfficeSanjay Gupta founded Kingsley Private Office to give international families a single, accountable relationship for the decade in which a child's American future is decided. He is the Chief Investment Officer and Founding Partner of Britannica Capital, and the founder of the institutions that stand behind Kingsley: Swiss Finance Institute, established in 2000; Swiss Finance Academy; and Swiss Finance Private Wealth Management, an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
His career began in investment banking, capital markets and proprietary trading at Salomon Smith Barney and JP Morgan Chase in New York, Salomon Brothers in London, and Citigroup, before he founded the predecessor to Britannica Capital in 2005. In the two decades since, he has led the firm's global macro research in person, travelling more than 150,000 miles across nearly a hundred countries to study geopolitical risk, market structure and capital flows at first hand.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College, where he concentrated in computer science and took part in early research in artificial intelligence, machine learning and computational finance. He is the author of Private Equity and Advanced Investment Banking: The Sell Side, published by Swiss Finance Institute. Kingsley's model, one senior relationship with specialist accountability behind it, is how he has built each of those institutions.
