What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send through the private assessment form: your name, country of residence, country of birth or nationality, your child's age range, an expected university entry year, your email address, your telephone or WhatsApp number, your preferred contact method and any message you add.
What we do not collect here
Please do not send passports, bank statements, source-of-funds documentation or other sensitive records through this form. Those are collected, when needed, through secure channels during an engagement.
How it is used
Assessment requests are sent to Kingsley Private Office so that we can respond to you. They are used for no other purpose without your agreement, and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy before it reaches us.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics services, advertising trackers or third-party cookies. Fonts and images are served from the site itself. Should analytics be introduced in future, this notice will be updated and consent obtained where required.
Form delivery
Requests are transmitted through a form-handling service operated for the Swiss Finance group and delivered to our team by email.
Your rights
You may ask us to correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time by replying to any message from us.
