The United States first. Other doors where they make sense.
Almost every family who comes to us is asking about America. That is where our depth is. A small number of other destinations are kept in view for families whose circumstances call for them.
United States: EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program
A green card for the investor, their spouse and unmarried children under 21, through a qualifying investment that creates at least ten full-time US jobs. Study as a resident. Work without sponsorship. A permanent base with a path to citizenship.
Minimum investment of US$800,000 in a targeted employment area or infrastructure project, or US$1,050,000 otherwise, as of September 2026 and subject to change, with an inflation adjustment scheduled from 1 January 2027.
Portugal
A residence-by-investment route, in recent years centred on regulated investment funds rather than property, with a path to permanent residence and, in time, citizenship, subject to residence and language requirements.
Greece
A residence permit linked to a qualifying property or other investment, renewable while the investment is held, with minimal physical presence required. Often considered as a European base alongside a US plan.
Italy
An investor visa for a qualifying investment in Italian companies, government bonds or philanthropic initiatives, leading to a residence permit for the investor and family.
Eastern Caribbean citizenship
Several Eastern Caribbean states grant citizenship in exchange for a contribution or qualifying investment. These programmes are under active review by the states themselves and by their partners, and we discuss them only where they serve a clear and lasting purpose for the family.
The right destination is the one that fits the family's purpose.
We begin with what the family is trying to achieve: a university place and a career for a child; a permanent home; a second base for business; or simply the freedom to travel and settle without asking. The destination follows the purpose, not the other way round. For most of the families we meet, the answer is the United States. Where a European residence or a second citizenship serves a distinct need, we say so, and we say equally clearly when a programme is a poor fit, a poor use of capital, or unlikely to succeed for that family.
Purpose and timing
What the family needs, and when. Children's ages, school and university dates, and business plans all shape the choice.
Eligibility and source of funds
Every programme requires documented, lawfully obtained funds. We assess this early because it decides whether any route is realistic.
Tax and residence consequences
A new residence or citizenship changes where and how a family is taxed. Planning through affiliated entities of the group runs alongside the immigration work.
Honest odds
No programme guarantees an outcome. We set out the risks, the timelines as they currently stand, and the points at which a family can still change course.
Start with the destination that matters most.
A confidential consultation is the first step for every family, whichever programme is ultimately right.
