Kingsley Group is the immigration and residency advisory of the Swiss Finance group. We exist to help a limited number of families secure permanent residence in the United States, with the care that decision deserves.
Immigration, alongside wealth and education.
The Swiss Finance group brings together entities in capital allocation, private wealth management, and finance education. Kingsley Group is the group's immigration and residency arm. It is a distinct entity with a distinct purpose, and it does not offer the services of its affiliates.
What the group affiliation provides is context. A family moving to the United States is rarely making only an immigration decision. There is a tax position to plan before residence begins, a family business to keep in order across borders, and children to prepare for university and for careers. Those needs are served by affiliated entities of the group and by the family's own advisers, under separate engagements, while we keep the residency work on track.

- Assess fit and eligibility. Review source of funds with the family and counsel. Present qualifying projects and their due diligence. Coordinate the petition, the consular or adjustment stage, and the removal of conditions with our relationship law firms. Keep the family informed, in plain terms, throughout.
- What we do not do
- We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice; immigration legal services are provided by independent, licensed attorneys. We do not provide tax or investment advice. We do not sponsor, manage or recommend any investment project, and we do not guarantee any outcome.
- How we take on work
- By introduction, for the most part, and always after a confidential fit assessment. We decline engagements where the programme is not right for the family, and we say so early.
Discretion is a method, not a slogan.
Few families, close attention
We limit the number of engagements we take on in any year so that each family deals with the people responsible for its case, from the first conversation to permanent residence.
Plain language, full picture
Every step, cost, risk and timeline is set out in writing before a family commits. We would rather a family decline than proceed on a misunderstanding.
Counsel at the centre
The legal work is done by licensed immigration attorneys at our relationship law firms, who advise the family directly. We coordinate the whole, and we do not substitute for them.
